Sybil’s Vindaloo Sliders

Serves: 4

Ingredients: Burger

  • 2 lb of corn fed ground beef (Preferably 80% Ground Chuck and 20% sirloin)
  • 1-2 Tablespoon Vindaloo
  • Zest of one lime or lime juice from ½ lime
  • ¼ Cup Onion Powder
  • ¼ Cup Local Honey
  • ¼ Cup Cilantro
  • Salt and pepper TT

Ingredients: Condiments

  • 1 Tbl Local honey
  • 1 Avocado
  • &#189 Tbl Mayo
  • 1 Tbl “Sybil’s Vindaloo”
  • 4 pieces Roasted Red Peppers

Ingredients: Other

  • Slider Buns

Method: Burger Patties

  1. Mix slider ingredients, and let sit for at least ½ hour.
  2. Depending on bun size make patties 4oz. Place dimple in the middle of burger pattie to retain both shape and size of the burger .
  3. Grill till done.

Method: Condiments

  1. For those want it Mild – Mix #&189 Smashed Avocado, ¼ Cup Mayo and Local honey
  2. For those want it Medium – Smashed Avocado
  3. For those want it Hot – ¼ Cup Mayo mixed with “Sybil’s Vindaloo”
  4. For Everyone – Roasted Red Peppers
