Sheila’s Notes: “My son absolutely loves this…we have it once a week now”

Preparation time: 5-10 min
Cook time:15-30 min


  • 1-2 Tbl “Sybil’s Mom’s Curry Paste”
  • 1lb lamb, chicken, pork, or goat cut into 3 inch cubes
  • 1 pack Nann Bread
  • 1 medium onion small diced
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • Cilantro to garnish
  • Tzatziki for a Sauce


  1. Soak wooden skewers in a large bowl of water before 30 min cooking. So that the don’t burn
  2. Pre heat BBQ to 400 C
  3. Warm 4 Nanns 2-3 min before cooked
  4. Depending on the meat, cook to desired doneness
  5. Assemble with nann, meat, cilantro, onion, tomato and Tzatziki
  6. Serve


If you use metal skewers cooking time will shorten and there is a greater chance of over cooking
