Sybil’s Devil’s Pork Curry Sliced


  • 1 Kg Pork cut into cubes
  • 4 Tbsp "Sybil’s Kick Ass" Curry Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 Tbsp chopped lemon grass
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 cup beef broth
  • 1-2 jalapeno chilli slit into two
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts chopped finely


  1. Put soya sauce and pork in a bowl, mix well and marinate for 15 mins. Drain and reserve liquid
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan and add onions, "Sybil’s Kick Ass", cinnamon stick, sugar and lemon grass. Sauté till onions are cooked – approx 5 minutes
  3. Add Pork and sauté till pork for a couple of minutes on high
  4. Add fish sauce, stock, nuts, jalapeno chilli and the reserved liquid. Stir well and cook till pork is done and little water remains.
  5. Remove cinnamon stick and the chillie and serve with rice.
