- Cook time: 20-25 min
- Serves: 3-4
- 1 lb small potatoes or yams
- 1-2 Tbsp “Sybil’s Green Curry Paste”
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Pre heat BBQ 375
- Wash & prick the potatoes well and apply the paste – marinade for 30 minutes.
- BBQ on indirect till fork tender.
- Toss in lemon juice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Large potatoes or yams can be used but cut into wedges.
